In this session, we’ll explore the history of Forest Bathing (FB), also called shinrin yoku, and learn simple ways to use FB sensory activities in daily life. After that, we’ll do a calming guided meditation to help you fully relax. At the end, we’ll reflect on our experiences and discuss ways to incorporate nature connection into our daily lives.
To get the most out of this session, Libby suggests having a few sensory items nearby—something with a strong scent like cinnamon or lavender, something with an interesting texture like dried leaves, twigs, or a small houseplant, and a flavorful tea to sip.
