What to expect:
We’ll begin with a grounding, nature-inspired practice (outdoors if weather allows), followed by a focus on each week’s topic. After check-ins, Libby will guide you through deep relaxation techniques. We’ll close with time to connect, reflect, and share in a supportive, compassionate environment.
Tea and snacks are on us. Come as you are—ready to let go, relax, and simply “be you.”
